Healthy Choice

Today is DT’s Birthday! We took the weekend & headed north with his friends to celebrate (read: drink) and enjoy the last of the summer weekends at the cottage. It was super fun but I sure did consume a lot of wine, chips, ribs and other fattening yet delicious foods. Though I squeezed in a workout, I truly don’t think it made a dent in the caloric intake and this week I am opting for a few healthier choices.

Luckily I have this cute little cook book…the Recipe link of i’m a little. and I can easily refer to the archives to refresh my memory on a few favourites. Here are some of my best & brightest Healthy Choice Recipes that I’ll be sure to rustle up this week.

And please, do not feel bad for me, somewhere between today & the weekend, we will definitely be putting one of these down in celebration of my other half.

I want to have this but I can opt to make this healthier with low fat ricotta, part-skim mozzarella and sauteed veggies mixed in the filling.
