Today is DT’s Birthday! We took the weekend & headed north with his friends to celebrate (read: drink) and enjoy the last of the summer weekends at the cottage. It was super fun but I sure did consume a lot of
wine, chips, ribs and other fattening yet delicious foods. Though I squeezed in a workout, I truly don’t think it made a dent in the caloric intake and this week I am opting for a few healthier choices.
