Midweek Meal Time.

My apologies for the late post but I hope it lightens up your mid-afternoon work break {do not lie, I know you’re taking them kiddies!|}. Today, I’ve been thinking a lot about midweek dinners, and not just your typical throw something together with what’s in the fridge, but meals that are just as enjoyable as my Saturday night specialities without all the fuss that tends to be involved.

After the dust settles from the beginning of the week & before looking forward to the weekend, it would be nice to enjoy a flavourful meal at home ~ one that takes a bit more prep but not so much that you’re stressing yourself out. Because let’s get real: while we don’t want to compromise satisfying our taste buds, we also can’t be rolling out homemade pasta* on a Wednesday. For a delicious midweek fix, here are three recipe ideas that, if prepped ahead of time, are easy to complete and offer a higher quality of flavour over the average weekday meal.
