#MyRitual Detox Program

Thankfully my friends at Ritual had my back and put together an amazing 3-day detox program with their partnering restaurants around my neighbourhood. The Ritual app is amazing, all you do is set your order with your restaurant of choice and your meal is prepped for pick up by the time you arrive.

With the help of Jenn Lau from Fit Squad Toronto, they created a meal plan that I could easily follow, grab on the go and was so tasty I didn’t feel like I was on a detox even though I was getting all of the benefits.

What surprised me the most was how full I felt despite cutting out rich foods like cheeses, bread and pasta and substituting them for healthier options. I was nervous after my poor eating habits that I would feel hungry but I was so satisfied it shocked me. I was also happy to discovered some amazing restaurants around my neighbourhood that I honestly had no idea offered such healthy options. I feel confident now that even when I don’t have time to prepare meals myself I can grab great food nearby with the Ritual app.
