Nailing Winter.

Happy Wednesday! I am happy to announce that Tara from TL Makeup And Image is back! She’s here to teach + preach all about polishing our nails pretty just in time for winter. Take it away TL…

Hi I’m a Little. readers! How’s everyone doing on this Winter Wednesday?  Now that the chilly weather is pretty much here, I just do not feel right putting on my hot pink or pastel nail polishes anymore. It’s time to go dark + in doing so, I thought I would share some of my favourite nail polishes and colors for this time of year.

1. Dior Nail Polish in Massai Red 853

I always love a deep, true red nail polish and this Dior one is truly perfect. If you’re not a Dior fan (first off: huh?) here’s a fun fact: OPI and Chanel have great ones, that are similar too.

2. YSL Nail Polish in 28 Bronze Aztec

I am loving this color!  It is just so different and since it is a metallic it matches everything.

3. Chanel Nail Polish in Black Satin (*Tara’s All-Time Fave)

This one is really my all time fave and Chanel nail polishes are the best in my opinion. They dry relatively fast and stay glossy…the quality is definitely worth spending a bit more on.

4. Butter London Nail Polish in Yummy Mummy

I am really liking this line of nail polishes and I like this colour for an everyday polish.

5. OPI Nail Polish in Lincoln Park After Dark (*A’s Number One Choice)

I think every girl has this polish in their makeup bags; it’s an all time classic and a great blend between purple and black.

6. NARS Nail Polish in Storm Bird

I just like this one because I think grey nails are a nice alternative to black or beige for this time of year. And you cannot go wrong with a little NARS in your kit!

7. Sephora by OPI Perfect Red Set

I thought this set was really cute and I love how it gives you all different shades of red and some sparkly polish which is great for holiday parties. Why have one when you can have them all?

~~

Let us know if you try any of these polishes and what you think in a comment!

Cheers,

Tara
