I don’t even know where to begin with these beautifully bright, pea pesto crostinis. They are flavourful, fresh and crispy and can be whipped up in a quick pulse or two of a food processor. I made these a few weeks back for Lala’s birthday and they were a wonderful addition to her tapas-style dinner.
I used this recipe here and if you read any other lifestyle blog I am certain you’ve seen them prepared before. I don’t know what took me so long to test out the recipe but I am happy I finally did. They were simple to prepare and the bright green colour makes them pop on any table. I need to toy around with some form of cheese crisp to add as well, cause hi, it’s weird eating a crostini sans cheese.
Please let me know if you can recommend a delicious cheese to pair with this pea perfection!
